By booking a session, applying as an instructor, or accessing our content, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Elite Camera Academy offers one-on-one photography instruction tailored to beginner and amateur learners. Courses are delivered in-person or virtually by contracted instructors and are scheduled in advance via our website or other booking tools.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of scheduling.

  • We accept payments via [Stripe / PayPal / Credit Card] through our website or third-party scheduling system.

  • A confirmation email with details of your session will be sent upon payment completion.

  • Prices are as listed on our website and may vary based on location, instructor, or course duration.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled one time at no additional cost.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to emergencies, technical issues, or instructor availability. In such cases, clients may choose a full refund or a rescheduled session.

4. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Arrive on time (virtually or in-person).

  • Bring a functioning camera and any related gear they wish to learn.

  • Be respectful to instructors and participate actively.

  • Avoid inappropriate behavior, harassment, or abuse of any kind.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the session without refund.

5. Instructor Terms

Instructors are independent contractors and must:

  • Deliver accurate, respectful, and high-quality instruction.

  • Follow the Elite Camera Academy curriculum unless otherwise authorized.

  • Maintain a professional demeanor and timely communication.

  • Avoid representing themselves as employees or agents of Elite Camera Academy.

  • Abide by all applicable laws, safety standards, and ethical practices.

Instructors found violating policies may be terminated immediately.

6. Photography Equipment Disclaimer

Elite Camera Academy does not rent or provide camera equipment. Students are responsible for:

  • Bringing their own camera and any related gear.

  • Ensuring that their gear is in working condition.

  • Informing the instructor of any issues before the session begins.

We are not liable for any malfunction, damage, or lack of access to gear during a session.

7. Liability & Waivers

By participating in a course, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are voluntarily participating in photography instruction that may involve outdoor activity or hands-on use of equipment.

  • Elite Camera Academy is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages (personal, property, financial) incurred during or after participation.

  • In-person sessions in public or private spaces are conducted at your own risk.

Students and instructors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Camera Academy from any claims or disputes arising out of their participation or use of services.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, documents, and branding are the intellectual property of Elite Camera Academy. You may not:

  • Copy, share, sell, or distribute course content without written permission.

  • Record or photograph the session without explicit consent.

Instructors may not use Elite Camera Academy materials to teach outside of our platform.

9. Privacy Policy

All client and instructor information is stored securely and used only for internal operations, communication, and service improvement. We do not sell or distribute personal data to third parties without consent. By using our services, you agree to our [link to Privacy Policy].
